New HypnoBirthing courses are always starting at Synergy Within. Below is a list of the upcoming scheduled group courses.
We have a maximum of four couples per group so it is advisable to book early. It is best to start the classes around the 28 week mark as this will give you ample time to prepare, however there is no problem if you wish to start earlier or later. For mothers past 34 weeks gestation we do suggest a private course that can be scheduled around your needs.
It is ideal if both the mother and her birth companion attend each session.
All classes are currently held in Banksia Park, South Australia and run from 6.30pm until 9pm

Private classes can also be held if you would prefer, the dates and times of these are flexible.
