- 5 x 2.5 hour consultation with a qualified Hypnotherapist and HypnoBirthing practitioner.

- Two relaxation CDs that accompany the course.
- A comprehensive folder containing all accompanying handouts and material.
- A 38 week check up to make sure that you are fully prepared for the birth of your baby.
